Yichuan Uniaxial geogrid is made of high molecular polymer after extruded and laminated and punched into regular mesh before longitudinal stretching.This process makes high molecule in direct line state in oblong oval net structure with uniform distribution and high node intensity. This structure has rather high tensile strength and stretch modulus,especially our products of this kind have superior world class tensile strength and strech modulus with extensibility between 2% and 5%.The soil offers ideal force carrying and diffusing chain system.It has large tensile strength(>150Mpa),and is suitable for different kinds of soil.

Biaxial Geogrid TDS:
Materials and Structure
· Material: Biaxially oriented geogrid uses high molecular weight polypropylene as the main raw material.
· Production process: Through processes such as extrusion, sheet forming, punching, etc., longitudinal and transverse stretching is carried out to produce geogrids with high strength and good toughness.
· Structural characteristics: It is in a bidirectional grid shape, with a mesh size of usually 30mm × 40mm, and the rib cross-section is rectangular. The width is generally 4 meters (special widths can be customized), and the roll length is usually 50 meters or 100 meters.
Performance characteristics
· High strength: It has great tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, allowing geogrids to withstand and diffuse external forces in soil, providing an effective interlocking system.
· Stability: Geogrids have high tensile strength, which can increase the stability of embankments.
· Shear resistance: The presence of grid mesh restricts the lateral movement of soil, forming a good interlocking effect and giving the soil a good overall shear resistance.
· Stiffness and bearing capacity: Geogrids have a certain degree of stiffness, which can diffuse the load on top and improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.
